"oohh i see shotaro"jennie teased then punched my shoulder while i ate my sandwich making me whine.

 "so??"i raised an eyebrow "he was looking at you idiot"jennie sassed as i chuckled then looked up only to meet eyes with him, i quickly look down feeling the tint of pink rising on my cheeks. 

"aww you guys just made eye contact,i root for you guy so much you need to be together, just wait until we have our dance practice again love will be in the air"jennie said but i gave her a flick on the forehead 

"oww, woww bitter"jennie mumbled then continued eating her meal. 

"like seriously though you guys are perfect together, the best boy dancer and girl dancer here and school?, like what a perfect pair, not only that but guys had your cute moments , and you clearly caught his heart"jennie blurred out before i shoved my sandwich in her mouth to stop 

"okay okay i get it, but i won't put my hopes that high we haven't talked after our last duet 3 years ago, come on quick finish eating we gotta go to our next class"i scolded her. 

jennie looked at the clock and only saw a few minutes left until the next class start she finished her food within just 2 minutes then dragging me out of the cafeteria with her.

"so we all now that every year the dance club will perform at the school festival, that would still be the same but the school wanted to bring back the duet with the two best dancers here. okay so that is why i had you guys make a solo dance so i could choose the final duet who would perform in this years festival"our dance teacher ms.kim said as she walked around the practice room.

 "i don't expect very lazy dances, i want wonderful face expressions, energetic dance that really give you good vibes, so now we will start with your solos"ms. kim said

everyone went to the sides of the room for the dancer to have alot of space in the middle. it has been about 8 dancer but you might say its hard to impress ms.kim she has really high standards. 

so when it was my turn i had to put on confidence. as i stood up alot of people were cheering on me especially my best friend jennie. 

i looked around to see shotaro surrounded bu his friends putting up a thumbs up at me with his cute smile as i gave him a soft smile before starting.

when i was done the cheers came louder i looked up to see ms.kim with a little smile on her face as her hands formed a small clap.

 i looked around too and saw some girl glaring at me then i saw shotaro smiling, oh how i missed that smile ,now i know why they were glaring. i bowed before going back to sit.
