"Why am I here Dyrroth?" Lesley asked which startled the demon beside her.
"Are you sure you want to know?"
"Yes."
"You are here because you will be my bride."
"Eh? What? Why me?" Lesley wondered.
"Because... I liked you the first moment I saw you. You are a good fighter. I like how you kill people."
"Ok?"
".... Maybe you don't understand it well but you will soon. We will get married in 2 years so that you could get used to the place and understand my feelings." Dyrroth explained.
Lesley nods and looks out the window to see the sun was just rising in the Land of Dawn...
Granger, Gusion find me quick please...
Granger P.O.V.
"How is the search?" Alucard asked me.
"Ugh do you have to ask that?" I groaned.
"Looks like it is tough to find her." Alucard replied.
"Yeah I haven't went on the search yet because I need a group so Alucard can you join me?" I asked.
"Yeah sure I will ask Harith, Fanny, Tigreal, Natalia, and Gusion to help as well."
I nod and turn to leave.
Lesley where could you be... I know you're not dead...
A few moments later....
"Alucard where is the group?"
"They are waiting outside."
"Ok..."
"Hey guys!" Fanny waved at us.
"Hi."
"Hello."
"So where are we going?" Harith said.
"We are going to look for Lesley in the abyss."
"Oh ok let's hope we find her." Tigreal replied.
Lesley please still be alive please... Granger thought...
Lesley P.O.V.
I have to get out of here...
I quickly got changed and walked out of my room to see no one outside.
Where is everyone? Probably fighting or something I have to find a way out... Wait I know where Guinevere and I parted... I have to go there and go the opposite direction of where I went.
I quickly grabbed my rifle and turned invisible to avoid the abyssal creatures.
"Have you heard about the human that entered the abyss?" I heard one of the guards say.
"Yeah and I have seen her she looks quite nice except the fact that she is part of the Empire." Another guard answered.
So they know me... I must escape now or else they will start looking for me soon.
I quickly ran past the two guards to the place where me and Guinevere parted.
"This way!" I said to myself.
After a while I reach the end of the abyss where I could see the Moniyan Empire and the forests.
I have finally see daylight again. But... It is already getting dark...
I quickly jump off the cliff landing in the soft grass.
Gusion P.O.V.
"Did anyone hear that?" I shook my head when Alucard asked this.
"Why was there something?" I asked.
"I think I heard some rustling but it's probably nothing." Alucard concluded.
"Maybe..." Granger murmured.
"Better keep a sharp look out everyone! We are near the abyss which means the abyssal monsters might ambush." Tigreal warned.
"Got it!" Harith replied.
I nod and look at Granger who was looking around.
"Hey Granger you think she is still alive?" I asked.
"I'm not sure but I hope she still is alive." He replied.
"I hope so too."
A few minutes later....
"Guys we should camp here for the night." Fanny said.
"Ok." I answered as everyone started getting things ready.
"One of us should keep look out." Granger said.
"Yeah." Alucard agreed.
"I will do it." Tigreal replied.
"What? Tigreal you look tired I think you shouldn't do that." Fanny told her brother.
"I'm fine Fanny I can do this." Tigreal answered her.
"Are you sure Tigreal? You have to rest."
"Fanny all of you need more rest than I do. I will be fine."
We let two siblings argue while we got the tents ready.
"Ugh fine you will watch the camp Tigreal." Fanny yelled as she walked to her tent and went in.
"Finally! I told you sooner or later you will give in!" Tigreal shouted back at her.
"... Ok they are fighting...." Alucard said.
"Do they always fight like that?" I asked.
"Yep." Harith answered.
"Ok I'm just gonna go gather some wood for the fire." I said.
"I will come with you." Granger stood up.
"Ok?"
"Let's just get going."
Lesley P.O.V.
I hear noises... I know that voice... Fanny? And Tigreal? Why what are they doing in the middle of the woods....
"Granger freaking help me." I hear a voice I wanted to hear.
Gusion?! Why is he here too?
"Why do you need hel- What the heck?!" I hear Granger shout.
"What is it?"
"Look behind you."
"Oh frick...."
I saw them surrounded by creatures of the abyss.
"Do you have your weapon Gus?"
"Yes. But do you have yours?"
"Yes."
They started fighting but I noticed that they weren't paying attention to the one creature in the back.
It was about to stab them.
Not on my watch...
I looked into the scope of my sniper and shot the monster.
"What? Who did that?" Gusion asked.
"Not me." Granger turned around to see the dead monster.
"It came from over there by the trees." Gusion said.
"Who could shoot like that very far from them?" Granger wondered.
"Lesley..." Gusion whispered under his breath.
"You think it's?"
"Hey guys...." I said.
"L-Lesley?" Granger choked.
"Is this a dream or what?" Gusion pinched himself.
"What you wanted it to be a dream?" I asked.
"No!" Both of them said in unison.
I wanted to run and hug them but that might be childish.
"I..." I said.
"Come on Les let's go to the others. You must be hungry." Granger got my hand.
"Yeah I didn't get to eat anything these past 14 days I think."
"Come on the others will freak out when they see you again." I smiled at this comment.
"They probably will."
A few minutes later in the camp....
"Lesley?!" All of them shouted.
"Hi guys." I gave them a smile.
"What? How? When?" Alucard asked.
"What?" I looked at him confused.
"How are you still alive? Why didn't they kill you?" Alucard asked.
"Dyrroth he.... He wanted me to be his bride."
"What?!" They all yelled.
"No one takes what's mine." Gusion said.
"Correction what's mine" Granger protested.
"Sorry but, I didn't need correction she is mine."
"Excuse me? She is mine."
I groaned at the sight of the two fighting over me.
"Ok ok let's just say I'm both of yours." I said.
"Sounds good to me." Gusion said.
"Ok." Granger agreed.
"Anyways what the heck am I supposed to eat? I'm hungry."
"Oh there is some stew in the pot over there." Gusion pointed.
"Ok I'm just going to eat." I said before running over there to get something to eat.
"Hey let me help you get some." Granger said as he went to where I was and got a bowl and filled it with the stew.
"Thanks Granger." I smiled at him.
"You're welcome." I couldn't see his smile but I knew he was smiling.
"So where am I going to sleep?" I wondered.
"You are sleeping with me." Gusion answered.
"Eh?" I looked at him.
"Oh come on just sleep with me it is not like we are going to do anything weird." I blushed at this remark and looked away from the brunette.
"F-Fine." I said.
A few minutes later in the tent....
"What am I going to where?" I asked.
"Whatever you want."
"Ok...? Leave me alone so that I can get dressed."
"Nah I want to see the view."
"Eh shut up and leave!" I blushed.
"Ok." Gusion turned and left me alone.
I quickly put on my Cheergunner uniform.
"Gusion you can go back in now."
"Picked a sexy outfit eh?" Gusion teased.
"S-stop." I yelled.
"Shh it's night time baby." Gusion whispered while placing his arms around my waist.
"Eh let go of me." I tried breaking free but his grip on me was strong.
"Never. Now let's go to bed baby." He said as he carried me to the bed.
"G-Gusion..." I murmured.
"Hehe I can finally do what I've always wanted to do to you baby." He said as he started touching my body.
"I...."
Then he started kissing me from my lips to my neck but he stopped afterwards.
"Hm.... It would be best if we didn't do it. They will hear us." I was relieved when he said this.
"But, Les don't think I won't do it to you the next time we are together." Gusion smirked.
"I... Well then might as well avoid us being together." I said.
"Nope. One of these days I will get you to be together with me. Be ready for that day baby." He winked.
"Let's just sleep."
"Ok good night Lesley."
"Good night Gus." I said before falling asleep beside him.
"I love you..." He whispered to my ear.
What will happen to the Moniyan warriors?
What will Dyrroth say when he finds out his bride is gone?
