You don't have to have full gender dysphoria to be trans, but you do have to have dysphoria to a certain degree.

You see, there exist trans people who discover their identity through feeling like they are trapped in the wrong body. However there also exist trans people who discover it through stuff such as feeling as if their pronouns don't fit them and such, but who doesn't feel that much discomfort with their body.

There exist trans people who don't have to have the surgeries in order to finally feel comfortable, hut that doesn't make them any less trans. For some, it might be because of fears of surgeries or uncomfort with them, for some it's because they feel like going on hormones is enough. For some, changing their pronouns and name gives them the comfort they need.

They are not less trans. They just have a different level of a type of dysphoria. They are still valid. They are still trans.
