I spread my wings
Towards the weeping sky
It washed away
The dirts that stained me
As I flew upward
Towards the endless sky
The tears from it
Drenched all my feathers
And I felt the chill
Sink to my bones
Leaving me with a racing heart
As the drops fell
To the longing earth
A thrill rushed to me
And so I froze
I looked around
To see the greenish heaven
That mesmerized my eyes
My mind and my heart
At that moment
I thanked nature
For the marvellous gift
She had given us.
