Anika's Pov
Tonight is both the night before Halloween and the full moon. Most people don't go out on those nights so I chose it would be a good night to transfigure.
I snuck out around 11 30. My robe hood was pull above my head as I walked toward the forest. I was about to do it when I heard a trig snap. I quickly hid behind a tree. I lit my wand a bit and saw four figures. "Come on. We're super late" I heard a boy say it sounded like Lupin. I chose to follow. They went to the whomping willow. "You'll be fine Moony we're right here" I'm guessing James. "Ok" Lupin sighed and ran off to the trunk of the tree and slide under to a secret hole. "What is the world" I whisper to myself. After a bit I heard a wolf howl I gasped and they heard me "Who's there" James lit his wand and shined it towards me "Anika why are you here. You need to leave" James says coming over "Why. What are you four up to" I question "Just leave. Lily already hates me for what happens with Snape she's kill me if I let you get killed" he tells me "Excuse me" I say "Prongs get her out now" Sirius says we both look towards them and see a werewolf. I'm guessing Lupin. Peter and Sirius transfigure into animagus a rat and a dog "Let's go" James took my hand but I didn't budge. I transfigure myself into "We're talking about this alter" James says Turing himself into a stag. I stayed close to James a bit scared of Lupin. He sniffed the boys and came to me. I could feel my little fox heart racing. He circled around me sniffing then nuzzled his head to my back. That was a bit odd. The four of them ran around i staid put getting a bit tired. I found a rock and laid down. After bit of napping I woke up to something poking me. I opened my eyes and saw Remus werewolf trying to wake up. I jumped down from my rock and walked around trying to get away from him. Scared he's gonna hurt me but Remus kept following now I'm thinking we want to play so I started running and Remus chases me. It was quite fun I never been in this form for a super long time not even more then an hour and a half. The sun started rising and the five us came to the original place we all met Remus started helping in pain transforming back to his normal form. The boys transformed back too and went to his side. I think he went unconscious. I transformed back and started to sneak away to the castle hoping to avoid questions "Not so fast Vixen. Wince when are you a animus" James said saying a nicknames like they have. Which I now understand. Padfoot is like a dogs name. Sirius is a black dog. Prongs chase James is a Stag, Peter is a rat so worn tail and Remus is a werewolf so Moony. "Don't call me one of those nickname. And it doesn't matter. There is no way your registered" I say to them "We did it for a good reason. So we can help Remus during these night. Like we would be allowed to becoming animagus legally. Now you spill" Sirius explains holding Remus around his shoulder James was helping from the other side "I was born one. Ok. The staff knows and so do Marlene and Lily" I tell them "You were born one. Isn't that like really rare" Peter asked shocked "especially coming from two muggle-borns" James added. By this point we were walking back "Yeah it is. My parents didn't really know what to do but went to Dumbledore and he told them what to do" I explain "Do they know about Remus I ask "Yeah that why that tree was planted. It sa secret way to the shrieking shack. We were told to stay at the castle till sunrise then go and find him and take whom to Profmey." James tells me "Well I'm going to Ravenclaw tower. I've never staid up this late before. But James can we talk tomorrow morning" I ask "Wait cna we talk for a sec please" "Sure meet me in-front of the gryffindor tower" I nod and take my leave.
