The chair besides Severus...

Y/n pov
Since Snape said that Mcgonagall tells me where is was going to seat...

"Y/n,dear"- She says while with her hand making a signal for me to get closer to her...

"Yes?"- i asked politely

"Ure chair will be this one"- she said while pointing with her finger the chair between Snape and her, she was at the right hand of Dumbledore, in the left hand was sitting hagrid...

"Thank u!"- i said taking my seat

"Well then that we are all settled and sorted...let the feast, beggin"- He used to said that thing of ( settled and sorted ) all the time even when the girls of beuxbaxton and the boys of durmstrang visited hogwarts for the triwizard tournament...

Then a bunch of exquisit food appeard ( yee i said exquisit... we are international😂...sowy)

"Well Y/n,tell us how is youre life going?"- Professor Sprout asks putting a fork with spaguettis in her mouth...

"Well...actually kind of good"- i said

"Do u have a boyfriend?...married, or something?"- Lupin asked with some hope in his voice

"I mean you've turned into a rather ravishing women...seems like yesterday u were in seventh year"- he said

"Yeah,i feel like it was yesterday...but no, i simply do not have a boyfriend, i've never got married before or even after i left hogwarts. Until this day... it's kinda sad, but life continues i've moved on, im just waiting to the indicated one to come"-

"But Y/n?"-Trelawney says

"Yes?...Professor?"- I asked back

"I've heard that when u were a student lots of boys wanted to go to the yule ball with u or even take dinner together...Right?"- She asked lowering her head she was obviously ashamed about the thing she just asked, i just smiled at her and said...

"Yes...u are right,professor i've had but i never said yes because i wasn't interested"- I said so she took her head to face me and i said from the other part of the table...

"Don't lower ure head,professor it doesn't bother me if u ask thats normal"- i said smiling at her and she smiled back

"Don't u want to say something to Y/n,Severus?. Or a snake ate youre tongue?"- Hagrid ask smiling at me

I left out a giggle

Every teacher turned their attention fully to Snape who squirmed uncomfortably in his chair

I had to say that i blushed a little and Mcgonagall seems to noticed because she put her hand on my shoulder and said on a whisper...

"Don't worry, everythings fine, just don't make anything silly"- she whispered in my ear

Snape pov
I was hearing all the questions that the other teachers were asking Y/n... one of them called my attention,it was the question that trelawney asked.

She was right sometimes when i was at the corridors i could hear a lot of boys talking of how pretty she was ( or is who knows😉) and they wanted to take her  to the ball...

I was hearing all the conversation but i was just eating like i didn't care,but something pulled me out of my thoughts... the grounds keeper ( hagrid )
Was talking to me so i turned my head to face him and noticed that all of the looks were upon me, i even noticed that when hagrid mentioned my name Y/n blushed a little and Minerva put her hand on her shoulder...

"Im really happy that she is back...yey what a happiness!" i said sarcasm exploting out of my tone as  i saw the hurt in her eyes, it hurt me too cause i really liked her since  she was a younger women but i couldn't show it or say it... in my mind she was just my student and i was just a teacher. As it should

She looked at minerva almost crying and said...

"Thanks for everything,the food was delicious...but for now if u excuse me i would like to rest"- she said faking a little smile

Minerva got up from her chair and walked with Y/n to the big doors. Knce Y/n was out of sight she turned around and said to me...

"U are going to pay for this, u have gone too far Snape"- she said with a tone of madness and with that head out of the hall following Y/n

I stood up and leave to my personal quarters, i knew that they were close to Y/n's because it was the only one that wasn't occupied...

When i passed through her door i could hear someones sobs but it wasn't a cry like minerva's it was Y/n's

I heard a bunch of times of Minerva's crying

"Happy?"- a deep voice said it was dumbledore

"I didn't mean it"- i said with a hurt look

"Oh really?"- Lupin came behind Dumbledore

"That's not what i heard"- lupin continued

"If u mean it or not Severus,she's hurt...You know that she likes u"- dumbledore said

"What?!... she likes me?!"- i asked confused

Albus and Remus look one another and said at the same time..

"You didn't know?!"-

And they all noticed they had fucked up everything
