withdrawal exam!

The next day in the morning you walked toward the practice field... Everyone was there?!

You walk toward Tenma.

"Uhm... Did I miss an episode or something ?" You whispered to Tenma.

"I... I emailed everyone telling them that we're deciding who will drop out of the team." Replied Tenma with a sad tone.

"You did this so everyone could come right?" Asked Kyousuke.

"It's what the coach told me to do." Answered Tenma.

"What...?" You mumbled.

"You're all here, in that case we can start the withdrawal exam for inazuma japan, if you pass you are allowed to withdraw from the team. Of course it will also fulfill the terms about your contract." Said the coach Kuroiwa.

You, Shindou, Kyousuke and Tenma along with Aoi eyes widen, his he for real now?!

"But believe it or not, after this exam. Nobody would want to leave this team." Said the coach.

He's planning something that's for sure.

"What does he mean?" Ask Aoi.

"No idea." Replied Tenma.

"The exam will consist a PK-match." Said the coach.

"PK-match ?" Asked Sakura.

"It's when you face the goalkeeper one on one to make a goal." Said Aoi.

"Eh.. It sound easy." Said Sakura.

"You will be given five chances to shoot, miss all of them. You pass the exam." Said coach Kuroiwa.

Then he explained that there will be NO goalkeeper, and to succeed the exam they needed to miss their shoot in the goal, and if they fail they'll be forced to come to practice.

"The exam will begin in 30 minutes at the seaside stadium." Said the coach then left.

|Waiting room|

You all were waiting since there was only 10 minutes left before the exams starts.

"The coach has chosen the right desiscion." Said Shindou sitting on a coach away from the others.

You look at Shindou.

"What do you mean?!" Yelled Ibuki.

"It's for the best that you all leave this team, you all didn't come for soccer anyway. So take the exam and leave." Shindou replied coldly.

Ibuki frown and clenched his fist glaring at Shindou.

"Shindou! If we all work hard together we can show them how fun soccer is!" Said Tenma.

"I'm taking the exam" Said Tetsukado.

Then Manabe, Kusaka, Minaho and Sakura also said they were going to take the exam.

"I won't take." Said Ibuki.

"Ibuki !" Smiled Tenma.

"I don't really care about soccer, but I won't stand for leaving here underestimated." Said Ibuki looking at you and Shindou.

"Do whatever you want ibuki." you took a glance at ibuki then ignored him.

"I will stay too, my brothers are happy that I'm here, and I want to try working a little bit more." Said Matatagi.

"Thank goodness." Said Tenma.

Matatagi and Ibuki will stay, looks like it's not today that you'll go back into the goal.

You walk toward Tenma. "I know you wanna make everyone know how fun soccer is... But they were forced into this." You said putting your hand on Tenma shoulder.

"But..." Tenma look down.

"I know it's hard because you're the captain, but let's trust the coach." You said then whisper something to Tenma. "He probably has a plan." You whispered then smiled and walked away.

You walk toward Shindou. "Let's go check the stadium and see what Coach Kuroiwa planned." You suggested.

"Yeah." Nodded Shindou and started to walk toward the stadium, you followed him.

|Seaside stadium|

You two arrived on front of the doors toward the field and... As thought Kuroiwa planned something even more surprising than you thought.

On the spectators seats there was a crowd of people and camera's!

"I can't believe this.." You said looking at the spectators.

"So that's his plan." Said Shindou.

"Impressive, they are indeed aren't going to leave the team after this." You Smirked.

Then everyone gathered in the stadium, they all eyes widen seeing all the people in the seats watching them, Kuroiwa makes a great speech about our team giving a huge pressure to your teammates.

Why did he called this much people? To force your teammates to not miss their shoot of course! If the spectators and people from TV saw how bad their shots are their reputation will go down.

But the only one who doesn't seem to put on this huge pressure was Tetsukado, he probably doesn't really care about popularity, but Sakura and the other's in their case is different.

Tetsukado picks up the ball first and goes on front of the goal.

He misses the first shoot, second, third, fourth.

Last chance.

You inhale, exhale. "Tetsukado ! I know you can do it!" You shouted at him.

Tetsukado look at you for a moment then focused back on the soccer ball, he then shoot in the ball and it goes... Right into the goal.

Thanks to this shoot the others also shoot the ball in the goal because of the pressure and encouragement from the people.

You walk up to Tetsukado. "Thank you for not leaving, and also... Thanks for motivating the others." You smiled.

"Wha- it was nothing like that!" Said Tetsukado and look away.

"Okay, okay! Got it! You just did it because of the pressure right?" You said.

"You... Can say it like that." He replied.

"Kay! But still... Thanks." You said and walked toward Tenma and Aoi.

Since everyone failed the exam it means....

PRACTICE FOR EVERYONE!

"This practice is too hard for me..." Complained Manabe.

You chuckled, it's been awhile since we got this kind of stuff in practice.

Other than that Tetsukado seems to get well with the others now, before he was quite cold toward everyone.

Tenma walk up to you. "Thank you [F/N]!" Said Tenma.

"Why thank you?" You asked confused.

"It's thanks to your cheering that Tetsukado made the shoot!" He replied.

"My cheering? No way! It's also thanks to the spectators and the pressure." You smiled.

"[F/N]... Maybe you haven't notice but.. Ever since I saw you, you would always give everyone the energy to continue playing soccer!" Said Tenma.

"Energy?" You tilt your head.

"Mhm!" Nod Tenma. "Oh, I need to go help Manabe and Minaho!" Then he walked away.
