Francis walked down the road, grumpily. He had fallen into despair at the loss of someone he cared for deeply. Edgar Allan Poe. Poe had left The Guild not long ago, about a week. Fitzgerald had feared he would never see his love again.
"Francis..." A small voice called to him.
Francis Scott Key stopped in his tracks and turned to face the voice.
"Zelda." He muttered.
"Francis, please, come home... He still lives in Yokohama... You can see him..." She said, tears rolling down her cheeks.
"Zelda, leave me be. I need to be by myself." He turned back around and kept walking. He could hear her sobs getting quieter as he paced down the road. He let out a sigh and whispered softly to himself. "Poe..."
