Here are some shifting methods. Not all methods will work for you so don't feel down. You don't HAVE to use a method to shift. You can literally just go to bed like you usually do and then shift. You can also combine some methods or create your own. Remember, no one has shifted on their first try. It could take days, weeks or months, so don't lose hope.

1. PILLOW METHOD

- write down your script/print it out

- put it under your pillow

- boom wake up in your dr

2. RAVEN METHOD

- lie down in a starfish position ( like patrick star/ with your hands and legs out )

- count to 100 and repeat affirmations like ''i will shift''

- then basically shift

3. RAINDROP METHOD

- this will most likely best if its raining

- visualize yourself standing in the rain

- visualize the raindrops filling your body like a jar?

- once it fills you will shift
