"What the fuck!" I hissed at the screen

I don't have her stupid boyfriend I haven't hid him inside my fucking basement

The door bell ring downstairs and I opened it to be met with Samantha and a cop behind her

"She was like it's my boyfriend last officer" she smirked before turning around all vulnerable and afraid

"Ma'am we need to take a look around"

"Without a warrant you're not coming in" I said and he held one up and he pushed past me

A few minutes later my parents were home and I had explained everything

"There's no one here, how can you believe a statement without any evidence"

"If there's nothing here, you don't have to worry open the basement door" the officer said

"Pull down the handle and open... like you would with any door" I said and he sighed and headed downstairs and Samantha was smirking and I messaged Lila telling her what was going on and Tyler walks in with his father

"Out, Now" his dad said and all the officers went pale and scattered

"My dads chief of police" Tyler said and I smiled

"You, you're going in for questioning" he said to Samantha and the dude downstairs in my basement ran out of the house ASAP

"I'm sorry, I don't know what my colleagues have smoked or eaten to do this. I assure you it won't happen" he said

"I'm glad, it's just that girl has been harassing my daughter a lot" my dad said and I opened the school website and showed him

"She posted that about me and literally made me sound like a psycho kidnapper" I said and he shook his head

"I'll talk to her and get you a restraining order or something" I said and thanked him and hugged Tyler and they left

"Hey you guys wanna come over it's my day off and my wife's cooking up some brownies" Tyler's dad said

"Yeah, kids?" My mum asked

"Yeah it'll give us some time to work on the project" I said and we all headed over and I got into Tyler's room and sighed sitting down

"Here" he said and gave me a wad of paper

"What?"

"It's the class your taking, I done the project at the start of the year before I dropped the class and still have it" he said and I hugged him

"I love you oh my god, you know I got paired with Harvey and literally want to kill myself" I said and he laughed

"I feel sorry for you but at least you don't actually have to do it" he said and I nodded and he turned on his tv and we started prison break until we heard the fire alarm went off

We ran downstairs to see smoke had filled the kitchen and pressed itself against the walls and the ceiling, the bright cream walls were now a grey musk and the brownies or whatever was in the oven were now on fire and the back door had opened and soon the smoke had escaped

"Well that was pretty...fun" Tyler's mum said and I laughed

"I don't know how they went on such a high heat I know left it on a low" she said and scratched her head

That's...weird

Everyone was thinking different things and suddenly the door opened

"Hey guys, holy shit what happened here"

I turned around to see a taller, broader guy, around 20 perhaps

"Brownies got burnt" Tyler said

"And who is this lovely lady" he said scooting towards me

"Jonah this is talia, talia this is Jonah, my brother" he said and I smiled

She's pretty cute

I smiled
