how to start a book? good question, next question.

so... i started writing down my thoughts a while ago and i decided that maybe it's time to share them with you.
i don't have depression, it's just hard sometimes to control the dark thoughts in my head. and that's okay. you don't always have to be perfectly fine. i can't remember when i was 100% happy the last time. but i'm trying. and i hope that with this book, i can help you as well.

maybe to understand yourself better. maybe you feel the same. maybe you'll see that you're not alone. and maybe you'll grow with me.

and one last thing:
you're loved, you're not alone and i'm proud of you. be kind to others and to yourself.
