Prologue

I'm staring at my blank computer habang nagpaikot-ikot sa swivel chair nii Kuya sa tinitirhan kong kwarto. I'm bored to death na, dahil ako lang mag-isa. I remove my headphones and browse some movies online.

I'm used to be alone, since my parents are dead already and Kuya has a wife now, wala na akong madalas kasama sa bahay.

My phone vibrated kaya kinuha ko iyon, some notifications from my bashers are popped out. May bagong labas kasing scandal na kasama ako ang naroon, hindi na bago.

I am rebel myself, simula nang mapabayaan na ako ay ganito na ang buhay ko. Walang kwenta, basura, I'm only existing but not living.

I rolled my eyes saka siya nilampasan, but the  he's persistent on recruiting me. Sinama niya ako sa harap ng isang madilim na building, where many lights are off, and it's a little bit dark.

I just watched him run so fast, while my brain is still processing what happened. Nakauwi ako na tulala sa sampung libo na inabot niya, magnanakaw ba siya? Sino sya? Bakit nya ako hinablot basta basta? Too many questions in my mind but I can't answer them all.

I set aside those questions and pay for my rent. Rent for next month nalang ang aalalahanin ko, and my schedule for a part time niyan.

Time flies so fast, and here I am walking the street para makapasok. So many students walking towards the gate, mga magkakaibigan na nagkukwentuhan habang naglalakad. I feel kinda jealous dahil sa buong year na pumasok ako bilang high schooler ay wala man akong nakaibigan dito.

A loud beep from a white van caught everyone's attention. When I turn to look at it, I just saw myself hanging like a ricesacks on a man's shoulder. Where are they taking me?!

"Put me down!" I shouted, but he pretended that he didn't heard me.

Pagpasok ko sa loob ng van ay mabilis na pinaandar ito palayo sa school. What misfortune nanaman ang daranasin ko? I'm sick of these things.
