Ok- Chenle sometimes feels guilty whenever he ruins Jisung's efforts of being sweet and cliché.
But Chenle thinks Jisung could do better in making him flustered and tingly inside.
The reason why the older hates clichés is because they're too predictable.
How is a cliché supposed to make him feel flustered, tingly and special when he knows what's going to happen.
It's not his nor Jisung's fault that clichés don't work...
Chenle just thinks if Jisung put a bit more effort in his actions, maybe then Chenle would not ruin it.
"Sungie~" Chenle called out to his boyfriend.
Jisung just smiled and returned his attention to his book.
"Sungie~" Chenle called out again.
This time, Jisung just completely ignored Chenle.
Chenle frowned and felt his heart clench just a bit.
"A-are you ignoring me?"
Jisung didn't say anything.
"I-is it because I always ruin your efforts? I-I didn't really mean to offend you-"
Jisung stood up, cutting the shorter off his rant.
"I'll get going now..."
Jisung left his boyfriend alone.
"I wanted to spend my New Year with you...."
