Callista Aegea was cursed never to find love. At least, that's what the people in the streets of Shells Town whispered. She was the fatal seductress, the girl who ate the wrong berry fruit and earned the ability to kill everyone she kissed. She was bound for suffering, that was without a doubt. People whispered as she passed by. The ocean denied her, its waves retreating every time she came near. It was all too much for her to bear. So she ran away and allowed the pirate life to guide her wherever it could. She first aligned herself with the Alvida pirates, but when she saw that it wouldn't work out, Aegea quickly ran away. Now, back to her home island, which felt more like a prison than a comfortable place, Aegea felt completely void of any sort of hope. Except when adventure comes knocking at her door, Aegea is thrown to the sea once more, ready to start another chapter in her life.
