Absolutely Disclaimer: I don't own shadow slave or any characters, this is just a fanfic, and all credit goes to G3 This is my first fanfic so excuse the poor writing skills and grammar, and I would appreciate any suggestions in the comments.

An Enigma: A person or thing that is mysterious or difficult to understand. Julia is a girl living in the time of the Nightmare Spell, a sort of disease that has turned many infected humans into Awakened with special abilities in order to combat nightmare creatures in a parallel world known as the Dream Realm. As a child from the outskirts, she has very little challenge of even passing her first Nightmare, and would most likely die, her body becoming the conduit for an abomination to come through and slaughter multiple people, as such she took the logical course of action, and decided it was to attempt suicide. That's what she was told at least, as after she woke up from her first nightmare she has been rendered unable to remember any details of her life from before the nightmare beyond what Sunny, her rather petty and cunning friend has told her. Now, together with Sunny, a blind seer named Cassie, and Nephis, a legacy clan princess who could only be described as an Autistic Blowtorch, she must figure out how to even survive the Dream Realm before worrying about anything else. And she will survive, even if it meant lying, stealing, and manipulating her way up the ladder. (I do not own shadow slave or any characters from the original novel as I was not the one who wrote it, I do encourage anyone who reads this to check out the original novel)

What happens when she suddenly makes an enemy of the popular crowd? Boys? Grades? Self confedience? All of these things come into question, but will anyone here understand her as her life takes a turn for the worst, all thanks to one girl.

Mackenzie doesn't like living in District 12. She can't stand that her life is like this. She wants nothing more than to escape. But they would still find her, she would still be living in this awful place. She needed another way- the Hunger Games. That would be how she got out. But she can't MAKE her name be called, but she can do something else. All characters are owned by the amazing Suzanne Collins except for Mackenzie and a few other select characters.

They are now going to have 3 kids, Willow, Rye, and the baby on board. They are having the time of their lives.....but then something goes terribly wrong, something that might change Katniss and Peeta, forever!
