Lucian Tauri always thought of dragons when he was little, he would watch when they soared over their castle, badly in awe. Then he would imagine how it would be to be a dragon rider, someone who's strong and means something. But everytime he told his older brothers or his father, they would just laugh at him, saying that he would die before he would even get to see dragons. So he decides to prove them wrong, to *rebel*. When Aella learns that Violet Sorrengail her old childhood best friend is joining the riders quadrant she now has to protect Violet and help her survive the deadly war college.
