What must have been going on in Steven Hyde and Jackie Burkhart's minds during the episode "Jackie Bags Hyde" (3x08) of That 70's Show since there was a lot of subtext. This is one of my favorite episodes and I had to explore how they reacted to what happened that day! I actually wrote Hyde's part about two years ago long before I wrote any other JH stories, but I've cleaned it up a bit and added Jackie's chapter for this. A few small scenes added to Jackie's chapter to understand the day better.

Becca Forman would rather not end up with one of her friends and risk ruining years worth of friendship, so naturally a strange series of events leads her do the exact opposite of what she wants: falling for Steven Hyde, the sex and rock music obsessed boy with a permanent seat in her basement and, apparently, a rather tight grip on her heart.
