The story of a simple Tenno on a pilgrimage to find the light of Lech Kril

Basically, I have this major obsession with Poland and polish history right now and I found this really interesting story about the creation of Poland so I decided to remake it into my own thing. Lech, Czech, and Rus are three brothers who disagree on everything. One night, their father gets fed up with their fighting and tells them to find their own kingdoms. The three brothers set out and find their new kingdoms Czechoslovakia, Russia, and Poland.

The town of Cairnsby is small, where everyone knows everybody else a little too well and the rumor mill is the bread of life. Out in the middle of the Montana wilderness, it is a secluded bubble all on its own. However, a string of animal killings has drawn the attention of the local farmers and ranchers. Vickie Clements, a sheep rancher and part-time pest control expert, attempts to make sense of the situation as she discovers the truth of the matter when she inadvertently apprehends the culprit. All is not as it seems, and Vickie begins a strange adventure through life, death, small-town love and drama, and the meaning of being human.

Her social life is non-existant, however, and she acts as though she has no emotions - but her co-workers wonder whether this is to hide her deep sadness that can only be related to her dark, sinister past as a child. When she is asked by her former employers, Inkblot, to help them solve a case dubbed the Wonderland Murders, for once in her long history as a detective Ada is unnerved by how the killer claims to know her personally. With a bizarre set of clues as to when and where the next murder will take place, Ada realises that she too is on the murderer's black list...
