Soon the body count has risen to four and Detective Josiah Waters realizes Seattle has yet another serial killer on its hands. This will be hard, serial killer investigations are long and drawn out and wind up to be very expensive. But whoever he is, even if his victims are just pros, they are somebody's daughter and deserve justice. He knows he's going to have to fight the department, the system, and even his own dmons if he's going to solve this crime. And he's going to solve it if it's the last thing he ever does.
