We all have times where we need something therapeutic. For me, it's writing. Within this is a collection of what I like to call my therapy sessions. Most of these are dating back 2+ years and do not reflect how things are currently. I will try and remember to put the dates of when they were written. This will be a continual thing that I will update periodically as time permits and I hope that you will find that you are not alone in your struggles with pains of life.
