But, it's the year 2044, and Scientists have figured out a way to tell who should go to jail, and who should stay in society: By injecting all new born infants with a color-changing chemical that stays in your blood for your whole life. Once you're born, your blood is pure white, but as you progress in life, and commit crimes, your blood changes colors, to become darker. And once you've hit pitch-black blood, you're sentenced to the rest of your life in a prison. Can you do life with no crimes?
