When a sophomore girl is found dead in the Oakridge High School pool, total chaos ensues. Cami Sage, a junior at Oakridge High who was closely connected to the murder victim, recons the police aren't doing such a great job at tracking down the killer. In fact, everyone in town seems to be behaving a bit suspiciously. Cami - always too curious for her own good - starts an anonymous blog detailing the murder investigation. She records every scrap of evidence she can get her hands on, from blurry pictures of the victim's boyfriend, who was caught arguing with her hours before her death, to detailed profiles of all the other potential killers. Soon, the blog goes viral and everyone at school - including her two best friends - hates her (or they would, if they knew she's the one who runs the blog). At the same time, Cami has to deal with her father who may or may not be having an affair, an annoyingly handsome guy at school who seems to have it in for her and a best friend who is getting more and more distant. But when an anonymous reader of the Murder Blog sends her actual footage of the murder victim, moments before she was killed, Cami realizes she's in way over head. Will she find the killer, before the killer finds her?
