Stereotypes are a powerful thing, though I believe that, if used right, can be used to write some humorous Historical-Fiction. That is what I have attempted to do here. Prepare to take a glimpse into the life of a young French radio operator caught up in the horrors of World War 1, but this time the war is not fought with ordinary metal bullets and standard bombs, no. This time the stereotypical foods of the participant countries have been weaponized! and the horrors of war are produced by some of our most loved dished from across the world! I'd like to just take a moment to say that, of course, I mean no offence by this piece, I merely wanted to take a break from my depressing life and writing and uphold a promise to my wonderful close friend Emily, that I would write about WW1 using the stereotypical foods of the participant countries. I sincerely hope you all enjoy this and have a bit of fun. I in no way mean for this to downplay the true horrors of the war. I am a university history student, so I am well aware of the true nature of this conflict. Anyway, I hope you enjoy! Let me know what you think. (I am no writer and have done my best to remove all grammatical and spelling errors, but some may still remain so just bear with me on that, I did my best)
