Huge work in progress. Just thought I'd get the idea out there. This book will be around the idea that we could increase our reflexes. For example, you know when you do something with out necessarily trying. Like dropping a glass of a counter, you don't want it to break so you try to catch it. You grab maybe 6 inches before it hits the ground. Those kinda moments you wish you could do anytime anywhere. Hope that made sense... Haha
