Soooo Basically, I will just be updating about the diet I do here. I will be trying some kpop diet and also what I eat in a day. There will be my measurements and my weight. If you starve, try to eat maybe 10-20 calories in more everyday until having a healthy calories intake. And if you overeat, try to drink water instead.
