"Goddess of the Brim" is a poem written at the post celebrated New Year Eve. It came as an aftermath of the author's kitchen experience during his vacation to his mother. The poet, fleshed with the heated experience of the fire at this season exhaled his contempt in the manner at which the ruthless flame had battered him. Here, 'fire' is adored and reverend with her characteristics and multifacetedness. She's x-rayed by the powers she wills, despite her hubris she is overpowered by her sister- water.
