George is head over heals in love with Dream. George didn't realized the feelings may be mutual tell an accident happens, causing Dream to make a spontaneous decision. They learned things about each other that they never knew before. Learning the true feelings they had about one another. This story is about love and setbacks, but mainly Dream and George.
This story is mostly fluff with a little bit of smut. This also has some TW in it. I marked all the sensitive topics, let me know if I missed any!
