Synopsis: The life of Izuku Midoriya was about to change... What if instead of being saved by All Might Izuku was saved by something else? Someone else? What if he was saved by a mysterious emerald archer in that underpass? In this story, Izuku was found by none other than the Green Arrow himself. Oliver Queen, recently having moved there to Japan since life in Starling City has gotten... Out of hand. Wanting to continue his vigilantism somewhere else so he can save his new city. Before doing so he meets a promising boy who has no special feats. Izuku Midoriya, but both of them share a goal in mind. To become a hero and bring justice to all of hero society.

This is the 2nd what if I am currently working on for WTC outcasts, I decided to take a darker approach when it comes to my what-ifs... Inspired by WTC's What if Deku was trained by Stain.

Izuku Midoriya has spent his whole life watching others shine while he, born without a 'strong' quirk, is left in their shadow. His 'friend,' the one who always seemed to get the praise and attention, had the power he could only dream of. But the years of being ignored, ridiculed, and pushed aside have built an anger inside him, one he's struggled to suppress. Izuku Midoriya has spent years watching his so-called friend take center stage, basking in praise and admiration, all for the simple reason that he was born with a strong quirk. Izuku, on the other hand, has always been told he wasn't cut out for greatness. Without a fighting quirk, he was considered weak, useless-just a failure in a world that demands strength. But the frustration, the pain, the feeling of being invisible, it's all built up inside him, day after day, until it becomes something darker, something more dangerous. One day, as he walks down an alley, that rage explodes. His classmates, those he once called friends, attack him-mocking him for being weak, for not having a quirk that could make him special. They laugh at him, taunt him, but this time it's different. This time, something inside Izuku wanted to snaps but for his mother he'd hold on. "Why did she do this? Why did she leave me?" Notes: I don't own anything, all rights go to their respective creators and I don't get any money from this. yes the justice league is in this story but none have quirks (besides thoses whose powers are called meta powers then they consider them quirks) and everything that's main story canon was canon BUT no one who didn't need to know, knows. why? thanks to magic. Batman is still a vigilante until the justice league was made.
