An infamous writer who brings life to adventure and fantasy seems to avoid romance like a plague, but his mastery in world-building doesn't stop the people from wondering and demanding. Despite his damned first name, Wynn Fräunt doesn't believe in love, he couldn't and he didn't want to, so how could he write something borne from a miracle he cannot experience? Feeling the pressure of creating such humane complexity, and desperately wanting the raise that came with a successful project, he goes on to find what it meant to "love" by observing people, books, films, anything, and everything. He comes to a stalemate, however, and chooses to go back home to his family's farm, where he first held a pen and paper. His efforts turn up fruitless, or so he thought until one sleepless night of strolling across their fields showed him maybe there were other ways to love.
