As his junior year sets off, Blake Brown is convinced it's going to be, for the most part, boring and uninteresting, just like how his life has always been ever since. He has a nice group of friends, and his family, and people on Discord he discusses music with, but that's about it. After months of adapting to a new life in the city of San Francisco, Nathan Rogers comes along his way, a guy with a deep passion for basketball and... Theatre? They meet at a party in where Nate gets purposely outed as gay to everyone in their school. And Blake, well, gets quite the introduction of him. After the unfortunate event, they continue on meeting up because of their mutual friends, in and outside of high school, and Nathan ends up riling Blake more than ever, because as much as the latter would hate to admit it, he can't help the infatuation he feels for him that continues on growing. They become more and more closer as time passes by, no matter the things that get in their way that constantly try to set them back. Could it be that Blake could have a chance with him at all? Is there some kind of special bond between them or is he just imagining the entire thing?
