Naruto: The Orphan of the neglected past

Naruto was the last man on earth, roaming around the nation hiding for years from Madara. The shinobi alliance was destroyed, his friends and even the women he loved was taken from him. He fight to the last breath to the kill Madara, Naruto manage to kill madara but he was dying as well. He was about to get a second chance to go back in time, but this Naruto has to take over the body of a younger naruto who was dying. Dying from what....it was despair.
