Eliza was an optimist before the end of the world. She believed that everything would always turn out okay, no matter how hopeless things seemed. Part of her blamed herself for the way her life turned out. Maybe if she wasn't always so positive, so hopeful, maybe it wouldn't have been as hard when everything fell apart. Living in the apocalypse, hope was difficult to find. But when she finally finds her sister and the men she was working with, a bit of that hope returns. Or In which a bubbly optimist turned distrusting pessimist meets a grumpy stranger and are forced to learn to trust one another. ~slow paced~ {IMPORTANT NOTES: this follows the show version of The Last Of Us, but also incorporates some details from the game that are different from the show. For example, outbreak day happens in 2013, not 2003. ALSO this will begin before the plot of the show to set up the story but will quickly get to the main storyline}
