Harry Potter was a young 6 year old boy, his parents died when he was just a baby. Since then, he's been living with his aunt and uncle with their son Dudley. His aunt and uncle hated Harry for absolutely no reason. Well, there was a reason. No one knows what it may be. 
    However, despite having his aunt and uncle hating him. Their son, Dudley, was an okay person. Harry could rely on him sometimes, Dudley may not act like it, but he sees harry as a brother, considering he always wanted one.
    Dudley saw Harry as a younger brother considering they were five weeks apart. Dudley couldn't show his brotherly love to Harry around his parents as they hated Harry and tried getting Dudley to hate him as well. 
    Both Harry and Dudley agreed to have Dudley fake hating Harry around Vernon and Petunia. But when they weren't around, they looked like brothers. You can say, that having at least one person caring for Harry is what kept Harry sane from the abuse he was suffering.

Three years have passed since the war ended and Dudley has managed to buy his first house, is a successful businessman and is in the process of planning his wedding with his fiancé - who he met whilst they were in hiding in a small village. One letter changes everything though for the now twenty-one year old- a letter from Harry informing him that he wants to get back in contact. Will Dudley finally be able to show Harry he has genuinely redeemed himself and is no longer spoiled brat?
