Ryland remembers nothing but the sanctuary. Ever since the disease began, wiping out city by city and yet somehow always traveling to the new city, it has been the only place safe from it. That is, until his best friend died and their supplier disappeared, setting the entire sanctuary into panic. Now they need to find food, and solve a murder before it's too late for all of them. But powerful entities are ready to do anything to stop those working for their safety.
Luckily, little objects and stories hint at how the sanctuary can be saved, and the disease stopped once and for all.
