After a seemingly easy battle with the Galra, Lance is presumed dead. Everything is quiet in the Empire after that, no one knows why. The paladins don't take the news of his death well. Shiro becomes cold and quiet, Hunk tries to keep everyone's spirits up but on the inside he is hollow and sad. Keith trains more than ever, barely getting sleep. And Pidge...well...she doesn't take it well at all.
    
    ' I never got to tell him... ' She whispered.
    ' I know. ' Hunk hugged the girl as she sobbed quietly.
