So I'm going to start this book in order to help raise awareness about some serious and often scary things that affect people's everyday life. A small part of this book will be diary-type entries from me, talking about when I have panic attacks etc, although these will not be the main focus of the book. The main focus of this book is the second part. If you're struggling with something right now and you think that either talking about it will help you cope better, or talking about your experience will help others, then the second part is for you. Write your story, whether it be about your experiences with mental health, coming out, or it may be just that you're going through a particularly difficult time at the moment. Whatever the reason, if you think others could benefit from hearing your story, then email timetotalkbook@gmail.com with your story. If you want to remain anonymous, that's absolutely fine but if not, simply include your first name and your username and I'll dedicate the chapter to you. Hopefully this book and your stories will help people who are going through similar things to you, and in doing so will also raise awareness about these topics.
