There she was, sitting of the edge of the swing, the chains Rusty and each time she swing back and forth to create loud awful squeaks. Her head was hung low, causing her hair to dangle down. Long, black, shiny hair twirling with the wind. Her dark blue eyes lifted up to the sky as she felt a drop splash upon her head. The sky was dark and stormy, the cloud heavy with droplets. Then it began to sprinkle, then sprinkle turned until rain, and it had started to pour. The litte girl didn't mind the rain at all. She giggled and ruffled her soaking wet hair. She flinched as a roll of thunder casted above the sky. Along with lightning. Another rumble of thunder and lightning. CRASH! A lightning bolt struck onto the earth, not far from her, making contact with an oak tree and splitting it in half. Her eyes widen and her mouth was jarred. She quickly stood up on her feet gripping the metal chains of the swing. CRASH! Another bolt of lightning but this light it was quickly charging towards the girl with incredible speed. A loud scream came from the back of her throat as the bolt strickened her. "Scarlett? Honey, where are you? Oh Scarlett!!" A voice called, getting louder as they reached to the girl. The girl was sprawled on the wet mushy ground, her hair soaking up the dirt and rain and her eyes wide open. Her body was shaking roughly, her shoulder wildly jerking side to side. The woman let out a cry and kneeled next to her daughter, her makeup ruined from the rain and her tears of despair. She placed her hand on the girl's forehead but quickly retreated her hand back with a loud yelp as she felt a jolt of electricity run up her hand as soon as she had touched the girl. Her eyes were wide and greatly confused. She let out a scream as she glanced at the girl again. Lightning wrapped around her whole body, lifting her a few inches off the ground. "Scarlett..?"
