          If you rely on feats to keep Saitama from slapping goku, then by your logic of fears determining strength, Erza Scarlett from fairytail is Clapping Saitama with 1 arm since she destroyed a meteor with a every bone in her body and all her muscles torn, besides her arm, completely broken, and according to you, destroying the meteor is Saitamas greatest feat of strength. Also, Adam from record of ragnarok is clapping goku since not only does he have the power of every human being to ever live as his family, he can also copy and reflect all of gokus abilities and punches right back at him.
