Elena is sent to 1988 to get Elijah's blood for a spell. She was not supposed to talk to him...but one thing lead to another and she fell in love. As she returned to 2035, her real time, she is heartbroken. Elijah died together with Klaus in 2026.

@Saltlettes that wasn't very nice of you to say. we're very lucky to have writers who make stories at all, especially as it's an unpaid position and people have busy lives. they don't owe us anything. respectfully, i feel like you could've phrased that a lot better to sound more supportive rather than negative. complaining doesn't inspire me to write, and i imagine many authors feel the same way. :(

@ -ELEJAH Well, personally, I love that story. But in the end, I believe the most important question is, do you like writing it? If the answer is yes, then my advice would be to definitely continue.
