What happened to saving temptress? I just started reading it and now it's gone, why is it always the book that I'm interested in that goes missing

Troubled Hearts was deleted from my account. From what I can tell it's because of "explicit content" even though by wattpad  guidelines you need to state "mature content" and/or "18+". Which I did, along with a warning at the beginning of the book. 
          
          So thank you to who ever reported me! Ruining all my work and my readers enjoyment!
