y'all.. people on this app use the term "pimp" WAY too freely. there's so many words i see that get used in a desensitized way, BUT GOOD LORD, YOU DO NOT WANT YOU ALASTOR ACCOUNT TO BE NAMED "strawberry pimp"?? OR "protective pimp"?? ik usernames are hard BUT SEARCH THE DEFINITION BEFORE USING THESE THINGS!! 
          
          for those who dont know, here's the definition of a pimp:

          if you're going to make a '2p/5p character', do your research. they are not your oc, that is an au of the canon character. a completely different person would not look like alastor. if you're going to do 2p/5p or whatever the hell are alastor aus, if you dont research into it and put your own profile based and themed around it is, in fact, CONCERNING. 
          its like saying "oh, i used a converted version of valentino's color palette, he acts completely different though and he's straight!!" like.. WHAT. you're just stripping the character of who the hell they are. its lazy. its pathetic. make your own oc, dont tamper and mess with a canon oc to only take them away of their qualities that make them A GOOD CHARACTER. 
          if your character is an AU of a character, DO NOT ERASE THEIR SEXUALITY. you are actually DISGUSTING for doing that. they are not your own character. its like the fucking sans AU shit or smth. SEXUALITY ≠ PERSONALITY, PEOPLE!! DO WE UNDERSTAND THAT?? 
          
          

hi , going  to  rant  abt  character  portrayal  rq !!  (i take counseling & mental health classes btw, so this is a huge peeve of mine) 
          
          do NOT play as a character who is an abuser if you plan to baby/victimize them. im so sick and tired of people playing chars like valentino or mammon and have them crying/being forgiven by their victims.
          UNLESS ITS GUILT TRIP/MANIPULATION, THERE IS NO FIXING THESE CHARACTERS!! you are completely destroying their role within hazbin hotel, they are NOT to be redeemed. this applies to over people like moxxie's dad, kinda chaz (he was quite forceful), stella, and so many more! 
          
          ANOTHER THING!! if you start playing very strong and powerful/serious characters like zestial, vox, alastor, husk, carmilla, blitzø (and again, many more) to be wimpy and attention seekers, i seriously would consider changing the character. alastor is aroace, he doesn't want smoochies or huggies (he canonically HATES being touched), husk wont breakdown if his "wittle angie is hwurt", he'll be PISSED. he'd comfort angel though, and probably offer alcohol. 
          
          also, vox and velvette ENABLE valentino's behavior. the vee's all are abusive and toxic in their own way, there is NO v that is "better than the other". they're all equally shitty chars and that should be portrayed, not dismissed. 
          
          thats all i'll add for now but there's probably more that'll be talked about LMFAO
