something that will always leave my mind perplexed is the universe. sometimes i think to myself that it would be okay if i randomly just died or some shit, because i want to know what the fuck is out there. they always tell us this bland sentence “oh, but the universe is always expanding” and i don’t understand how the 7.4 billion specs on this planet can just carry on with shit… fighting over skin color and religion, arresting people because “the police are superior” but were all just humans. strip us from our labels and skin us to the bone, we all look the same. how can people just carry on paying taxes, going to school, going to work, buying groceries, etc. when there is a whole fucking universe out there that is yet to be explored. how do people just brush those thoughts into the back of their mind?  i will never understand it. if the universe is what makes up everything, what could it possibly be expanding into? what else is out there? who fucking knows. let me go back to sitting on my couch in silence and watching the news for another three hours.
