and old ben never told him he knew it.
if the wardrobe to narnia had never been built,
and lucy had never met aslan,
if the blood of the children had not been spilt
when the capitol was ruling panem
if poseidon had never met sally jackson
and percy had not saved the world,
if beatrice prior had not been divergent
and just stayed a regular girl
if the doctor's police box was just a police box
and had no way to time travel,
if sherlock and john had never been friends
and found mysteries to unravel
if the authors and writers of all our fandoms
had never written down their ideas
if the characters that mean so much in our lives
were gone and meant nothing to us
if all of my fandoms were taken away
and all that was left was just me,
sometimes i sit and wonder in silence:
what kind of person would i be?
