Being more open-minded on ships will benefit your overall reading as many good books are not canon ships that staying open-minded can let you find. I used to be like you, only shipping Percabeth, then I read Anaklusmos14's books and now I'm in love with Perzoe, Perlia, etc. There are 2k-ish books that are non-Percabeth and like 14k with Percabeth, that's roughly 85-90% of books being Percabeth, which roughly correlates to the amount of Percabeth shippers there are, Percabeth shippers can like other ships but I will bet that at least half of them don't care and strongly dislike main non-canon ships like Perachel, Lukabeth, Perlypso, Preyna, and Jeyna. Though these ships might not work in canon, AUs exist. you and I both know how many Percabeth high school AUs you've read, too many.
I don't really care about the quality of books just an elementary school level of grammar, spelling, and organization with a not overly used plot is usually what I would read
