is anyone else a perfectionist SPECIFICALLY when you’re trying to write your self-insert oc into the story as well as ship them with a character but the story is really fuckin tight and the character you’re trying to ship your oc with is already canonically with another character and they’re SO FUCKING COMPATIBLE WITH EACH OTHER like THEY ARE LITERAL SOULMATES but you don’t want to change too many things about other characters so you just end up dying in a hole wishing you weren’t attracted to fictional characters

          so yknow how i play Sky: Children of the Light? Prolly not but anyway its having this event, which is an encore of a previous event, which was an online concert for the singer AURORA, who did a bunch of the vocals for the game’s OST. She had a whole season dedicated to her and there were AURORA-themed cosmetics and stuff and the concert was a whole special thing that happened and everyone loved it so the devs are bringing it back temporarily.
          
          Today there was a sort of rehearsal, or test run for the concert for the devs to make sure it was ready for people to watch. Everyone was able to attend this rehearsal and before it there was a cool thing where there were minigames and stuff, hosted by Sky cotl streamer NastyMold. It was realllyyyy really fun.
          
          Anyway, enough backstory. So the concert starts and its going great, I’m super psyched cuz i haven’t seen it since the end of the AURORA season, but then during the third intermission guess what happens? There’s a motherfuckin server issue and everyone at the concert disappears. Since its online there are thousands of people there and its a whole server thing that i don’t feel like explaining. But basically the servers had issues and I ended up all alone for the rest of the concert.
           
          Naturally that was super depressing, and i’m still trying to get tf over it. I was so excited to experience this concert with everyone and then it was all just taken away from me, just like that. I cried very very hard for a good ten minutes and I am far from okay rn
