Hi all,

Got a bit of a "big" announcement. I am taking down my "Rick Thane" series. I've found out that two of my books have been stolen and they have changed the title of the books and the characters, but the rest is all mine, even the spelling mistakes!
I'm so, so tired of people stealing my work and trying to get money off the books when I can't and don't. I've never got a literary agent or a publisher and have failed repeatedly to gain either (sorry I'm dyslexic!)- so, I'm giving up. It's too much hassle and too much money getting my lawyers involved. I'll be having a chat with Wattpad as my Rick Thane series are part of "Wattpad Originals". When I get the go-ahead, they are all coming down and won't ever be put up on any website/platform. I'm so sorry, but I truly have had enough of people stealing my stories. I've spent YEARS on them and I am so done.

If people don't steal my other works, I'll continue to update them.

          	Cheers.

@AE_KIrk Woah, did I hear that right? That person wants YOU TO BE FLATTERED THAT SHE STOLE YOUR BOOK ... umm she must be crazy and out of her mind! I don't think she would say that if you pretended to be a police officer, lawyers who can sue her for copyright infringement (given the fact you have evidence). That's one excuse I just heard of ... and let me guess this person must be a teenager or young adult in her 20's just starting out ... no rules whatsoever! I'd be dammed if they are from those countries that had mirror sites or don't believe in the copyright law. So immature ... it's like when my stupid classmate copied my math homework just because.Sheesh!

@Glory_feeling2 I've found a few mistakes in big-name books. But even editors miss mistakes, and we are human and sadly, people tend to forget that. I've had some really "interesting" reviews on different sites for "Tattoo", but I'm clearly not writing for that person who gave me a poor review. I wrote it for those who enjoyed it, and that's the way I've always written. You never know you like a book until you start reading it. You can't please everyone, and it's not my intention to please everyone. It's for the others. I was told by a previous person who stole my book that I should be flattered that they stole it from me. I couldn't help but feel beyond disgusted at the entitlement- they changed the book's name and the characters, and that is exactly what happened to my Rick Thane books- I can't see the flattery in that. That is pure deviousness. :(

@idarya735 I'm so upset for my readers who enjoy the books. I'm gutted that something free from me is being abused on another site, and that person is/was getting paid for my work. There's more to that, but that's the base of it. It's happened before, and I'm beyond done that it's happened again. I know that you can't stop this. I know that no story online, no matter what platform, can be stolen- even published books can be stolen- but my pride is being attacked, and my readers are being mocked. I can't be having that.

Hello all,

I want to say thank you to all of you who have followed my work since the year dot and who bought my books and still supported me. It really does mean a lot :)

The last book, Scar of the Centaur, in the Tattoo Trilogy, will be out next year! So excited, since I started writing the book in 2010- 15 years in the making for the entire trilogy.

Also, I will upload a few more chapters on Ravens book 3 this evening.

          Enjoy your day!

Hi all,

Sorry, I have been away from writing: cleaning out your dead mum's and dead grandparents' stuff is a little harrowing. :(

I have not had a great time. All my time has been on my day job- writing is not becoming fun anymore.

But! If anyone would like a free book, either Tattoo of the Black Angel or the sequel Mark of the Water Nymph, and you live somewhere in the world, drop me a DM. :)

This offer is literally only going to last until the end of October. If the books haven't gone, they will be given to charity and if they don't want them, they'll be thrown in the tip.

Have a lovely time on Wattpad!

Dear readers,

I have been instructed to relay this information to you from a "friend".
He has advised me to tell you to heed his words, for your own safety.

          1. Don’t p*ss around with an Ouija board; they aren’t toys.
          2. Don’t open a door if you hear repetitive knockings, especially if they come in sets of three
          3. Don’t move anything that looks like it’s bound by rope or ribbon- usually, it’s someone malicious causing ill content with a spirit
          4. Don’t touch bones; use a pen or a stick.
          5. If you hear mimicking of your voice in your home, it’s not you; it’s a malicious spirit or Demon. Do not reply with an answer if it asks you a question.
          6. If you see a door open of its own accord, and you go and check it. Know this: you can’t see them, but they are staring right at you. Usually, they are inches from your face.

Rick Thane 6 2023 (Out soon!)

@AE_KIrk Hi. Wow ... a bit scary but yes I've heard the same thing when I used to watch Ghost Adventures and other documentaries. Too late for the Ouija board though( as I had a high school classmate invite me to her birthday party decades ago. Her aunt gifted her a Ouija board and she wanted to try it out. So my classmates and I played that game ... but it's Pia they blame who moved the cursor. I got mad cause I swear I didn't. So I stopped playing. Wonder whatever happened to her and the rest of those girls. (Sounds fitting for another haunted story, eh? Well, rest aside I don't think I'll tackle Horror anytime soon ... my paranormal one "Piper" needs to be edited before I do another scary novel.) Good luck on yout new novel. Oh, and I did read about a paranormal investigator who said those spirits who look at you are just trying to contact from beyond. The investigator doesn't like to call them ghosts or evil spirits cause he says Hollywood makes them seem dangerous. Some could be Casper, the friendly ghost, aparitions stuck in the living world or they need to finish what they wanted to do before they died. LOL!
