Hello, API Romance Authors!

What lesser-known Asian or Pacific Islander dish would you recommend to someone looking to explore diverse cuisines?

Glory_feeling2

@APIRomance I'm not sure about Filipino dishes as it might be widely known like Adobo or Pansit.I was raised in the US, but my mom always cooked Filipino meals for my brother and I to try. I know now since there are different provinces in the Philippines, there are many types of how these dishes are cooked. The Filipino store near us has Illicano chefs (think I misspelled it) that mame dishes that I don't know of since my parents are from Bataan and Balanga (the dialect in those regions is purely Tagalog). And I have an Uncle who married a woman from the Visayas, think she was raised in the US like me, though. But what I'm getting at, is not all Filipino dishes are made the same way everywhere.
Perhaps those would be nice to explore.
