I am not a great writer. I do not live a romantic life. My dreams do not come true, and adventures never happen. I do not live in Middle Earth, and I have no cool Elven nickname. I am not artistic, and my musical talent gauge is on empty. Any hope of owning a dragon died years ago, and I certainly have no aspirations to mentally date a fictional character. BUT… I am a writer – someone who is in love with books and a fan of the written language. I am a romantic at heart, with a mind full of dreams and adventures too many to number. I have experienced worlds of elves and wizards and wicked queens and talking animals and especially dragons. And though I do not publicly fangirl over Mr. Darcy or Loki or Captain Hook, the few fictional characters that I am in love with are those created by my own mind, living their life in my stories. It’s true. I am not a great writer. But I do strive for greatness.
