Judges form is still open and we are still accepting judges into our community! If people are interested and still haven’t filled out a form, please comment “interested” here and we will reach out to you with further directions. Judging is not scary and will definitely be an experience of enjoyment. Not only does it develop your critical abilities and capacity to delve into the story, the plot, the purpose behind the book, you are also going to be introduced to other judges who’ll be sharing this experience with you, and you will be making many friends along the way. This process of judging may seem daunting at first, but it is in fact a very laid-back system wherein extensions are given whenever judges need more time to score the books as with real life events and compacted schedules, we all have our priorities. Communication, a notion of responsibility, and understanding are the only key characteristics you need to be able to be a judge for the Ace Awards. We look forward to growing our judges community! ❤️

The Ace Awards will be on hold for some time, results will be published simultaneously once all have been compiled, or individually when I find the time to do so.

@nazahace Hello,

Can I ask how it's going with the awards? I submitted for Batch 3 of Chicklit a while ago and received no answer :)
I just want to make sure my submission went through.

I only log on here during the weekends, meaning that I cannot answer questions quickly. As there are many questions cluttering my notifications resulting in the inability to see some entries, I request everyone to PM me on my main account at @nazahace if they have any enquiries regarding the Ace Awards. You are much likely to receive a reply there. PMs for the Ace Awards are closed, do not ask questions here (cluttering causes trouble targeting the PMs of participants wishing to claim their prizes).

          In brief:
Any questions for the Ace Awards? PM @nazahace.
          Any general questions? PM @nazahace.
          Any doubts? PM @nazahace.

Changed your username/deleted your book? Inform us (AceSociety) in a PM, state your genre.

A few more things I notice people struggling with:
          • To find Batch 3, look for the chapter titled “ F O R M // P A R T I C I P A N T S // B A T C H3. “
          • “ F O R M ... BATCH 1 “ and “F O R M ... BATCH 2 “ are closed, not accepting entries.
          • The form for judges is ALWAYS OPEN. ❤️
          • Can’t find your book? Refresh/delete book from library and re-add.
          • Still can’t find your book? It is marked and will be added to the roster soon.
          • Anxious for results? Patience is the best policy.
          • Why do I log in only during weekends? Schoolwork during weekdays, tests, assignments, assessments, cluttering of my mental health resulting in too much exhaustion and the inability to manage the Ace Awards at a period where I am preserving my remaining mental strength for other things, such as homework and after school educational activities.

Please do not reply to this announcement. Any enquiries, any comments, any doubts, any problems, ask/tell @nazahace.

Thank you for your comprehension. ❤️
