and you wouldn't believe me.
i was confused and i asked why,

and i gave you a soft, small kiss.
you looked surprised and turned away,
and i whispered a small wish.
"i wish you'd stop hurting,
i wish you'd break your walls down.
i want to be the air for you
whenever you think you'll drown.
i love you, with all my heart,
my body, mind and soul.
you're the one keeping me alive.
and you make me feel whole."
